About this bottle
Palo Duro represents Andalusia Whiskey Co.'s initial offering in a planned sequence highlighting various Texas maltsters and whiskey styles. This American single malt utilizes grain from the Texas High Plains, malted by TexMalt in Fort Worth using peachwood from Pink Tractor Farms (Blanco, TX) for smoking. It was mashed and distilled in 2018, then aged for 3 years in new American oak barrels with a #4 char. Bottled at 100 proof, it became available in August 2021.
