Tatum Pollard 4.0

This rich Single Malt Scotch Whisky from Knockdhu Distillery in Highland, Scotland, was aged for 14 years in both Spanish Sherry and ex-Bourbon casks, bottled in 2014. It begins with a zesty and fruity character, featuring notes of dark chocolate, orange zest, and fresh-cut hay. Its full and creamy development adds notes of candied orange zest, custard, a hint of fig, and baked pecans, leading to a long and delicate finish with a touch of spice.

Marci Bowles 2.5

Feels substantial... citrus peel, sweet sherry, and a heavy wood finish.
