NOSE: Salted pistachios, malt, hay, herbal pine, banana chips, orchard fruit, melon rind, wax, and vanilla. A truly wonderful, sweet, nutty, and fruity whisky that is strikingly different from the regular Amrut Classic Indian Single Malt Review. PALATE: Waxy banana, malt, orchard fruit, melon rind, herbal pine, vanilla, pistachios, golden raisins, oak, baking spice, and a hint of black licorice. The palate of the XXX is far more potent and decadent, with an oaky kick that begins subtly and intensifies. This is quite pleasing. FINISH: Lingers for a long time, blending waxy banana, oak, spice, herbal pine, and pistachio gelato into one of my favorite recent whisky fades.

Aroma. Caramel, sugar Palate. Buttery, oily Finish. Brown sugar, elegant, long lasting
Being cask strength, it's quite potent, yet the texture feels smooth. It's not a profoundly moving taste, but it could be a decent choice for casual sipping daily.
