Amaro Santoni

The liqueur's flavor is bright, balanced, with herbal, root, citrus, and floral notes, moderate bitterness, and light sweetness. The liqueur has a complex, rich aroma, woven with notes of citrus, spices, roots, and aromatic herbs. "Amaro Santoni" is a bright, distinctive premium liqueur, created from the original 1961 recipe by Gabriele Santoni. It contains 34 different botanical components, including iris flowers, rhubarb, olive leaf, elderflower, mint, ginseng, cardamom, nutmeg, pepper, cloves, sweet and bitter orange, caraway, artichoke, linden, lemon balm, sage, rose, angelica root, rosehip, wormwood, cinchona bark, lavender, gentian, coriander, hibiscus, cassia, galangal, centaury, ginger, juniper, and bay leaf. The liqueur is produced by maceration at a controlled temperature of 25°C. The liqueur won a gold medal at the "International Wine & Spirit Competition, 2021", a gold medal at the "Women’s Wine & Spirit Awards, 2021", a double gold medal at the "International Spirit Challenge, 2021", and a silver medal at the "USA Spirits Ratings, 2021".
