Amaro al Tarfufo Nero di Norcia Originale

This might be an acquired preference, but it's exactly to my liking. A remarkably potent truffle aroma. Strong truffle flavor too (though not as intense as the smell suggests). Also a hint of onion character (in the best possible way). The mid-palate has some cola-like sweetness, and the finish offers a trace of alpine character. Truly quite special.
