A lot of orange on the nose, with softer vanilla notes rounding it out. A thick texture, with a semi-sweet character oddly similar to bubble gum. The overall flavor is orange citrus, with a good amount of bitter herbs to balance it. Quite refreshing and easy to drink, this is a great alternative to Aperol in a spritz, or served over ice with an orange slice as a garnish. A well-made and tasty amaro that will surely be a staple on many bars.
