Noe Rawls 3.0

Visually, it's amber but appears somewhat pale. On the nose, it smells of fruit – dried fruit like raisins – with hints of wood. There's also a distinct sweet aroma reminiscent of the Jerez brandies I've sampled. On the palate, the aromas are confirmed, with a subtle vanilla note appearing at the end. I recently revisited the Cardenal Mendoza and found this to be comparatively younger and less oily. It's more affordable and serves as a good substitute for younger Jerez brandies.
