A rich Amber Rum made by the ADCo Distillery in New York from Albany municipal water, yeast & top-notch Caribbean molasses; distilled only once before being aged in Ironweed Ex-Bourbon barrels. It has an aromatic beginning with notes of chocolate, tea, vanilla & oak; while a rich & spicy middle adds hints of Whiskey, oak & vanilla; that led to a delicate end with notes of pecan, walnut & nutmeg. You should be forbidden from making rum; how could you possibly create a moldy hay flavor covered in spice? The aroma is delightful butterscotch, but the taste is spicy moldy hay.
