A complex bitter herbal apéritif / cordial from The Great Southern Distilling Company in Australia. Made with two types of wormwood (Roman and Pontica) and the highest legal amount of Thujone, hence its 'Bitters' label. It has an anise aroma, a bold body, and a long, slightly smoky finish.
