Eldon “Buck” Lee Williams, the founder's great-great grandfather, is honored by this Illinois bourbon, named Young Buck. The distillery employs specially designed honeycomb barrels to speed up flavor extraction from the wood, imparting them to the spirit over approximately two years of aging.
