Nose: Salty/briny, unusual, citrus, sweet caramel, seaside, iodine Palate: Lemon/citrus, tropical fruit, iodine, salt, chlorine, mild smoke, herbal/floral/minty Finish: Moderately short. More citrus and light sweet smoke. Hints of cigar and leather, with a touch of BBQ sweetness in the aftertaste. This is a relatively light dram despite its 53.6% ABV. It possesses a depth of flavor one might expect from an older Glen Scotia, leaning towards coastal and unique notes, but with more citrus and lemon than I typically anticipate from their spirit. Very enjoyable!
