Sampling it neat. Initial aroma: salted caramel and toffee with a whisper of cherry. The palate brings alcohol, acidity, and a touch of tangerine, finishing with a bitter edge on the sides of the tongue. The finish is like liquorice, but the European kind. It improved slightly with a few drops of water. Now the aroma suggests glue (like a shoe shop), but the taste is a bit gentler and faintly floral. Glad I only got the 30ml sample....It won't get finished.
