The aroma is like anise or chemical. The palate is also anise and buttery. It's easy to drink with minimal burn and little finish. Everything about this drink is great, except for the prominent anise.

On sale for $39.49 (originally $44.49). It's 100 proof and made with 75% corn, 13% rye, and 12% malted barley. It features notes of toasted caramel apple pie, cinnamon, charred oak, vanilla, buttery toasted corn, graham cracker, toasted citrus, and honey.
Nose: Intense cinnamon and cedar, with floral notes. Palate: Very woody, oak, cedar, light-bodied, with more cinnamon in the lingering finish.
Like licking cinnamon graham crackers off your partner's backside on a cool night in Montana while in a hammock next to a cliff.
This is great. Smooth, flavorful with a good body. An excellent bourbon for the evening, after dinner. Give this a try.
Pleasant aromas, but the taste is unremarkable. I'll need to try it in a mix.
