This Kentucky bourbon undergoes a 6-month maturation utilizing an ultrasonic rapid acceleration process. It is subsequently finished in barrels previously containing Charles Woodson Napa Valley Cabernet wine and is presented at 40% ABV.

Remarkably good for a lower proof spirit. I detected notes of fruit, apple, and vanilla. Very easy to drink.
