Nose: The initial smell suggested more wood than previous samples. The caramel aroma is also richer, with less of the distinct Woodinville breadiness and a hint of doughiness. Body: Light to medium, providing a pleasant warmth. Palate: Woody with caramel notes. Finish: Medium in length. Note: This sample, number three, has a nose I prefer over samples one and two. While the nose is the strongest of the three, the palate might be the second best. I rank this second overall, but it possesses the superior nose.
