woodinville single barrel straight bourbon whiskey (barrel 8511 1010 washington pick)

Nose: This aroma is gentler than samples 3, 2, and 1. Caramel. More vanilla present than in the other three. It's not distinctly superior to samples 2 and 1, and I still maintain that sample 3 had my favorite nose. It possesses a very faint Woodinville bready scent, but less so than the first two samples. Body: Light. No Kentucky hug. Palate: The initial impression is sweet and light. Light caramel and oak notes. Finish: Short. Note: This is sample 4. Before tasting this, my preference order was 2, 3, 1. This is definitely the lightest of the four samples. It's a pleasant, summery bourbon, but not quite my personal style.
