Woodinville Private Select (Stateline Carmel Popcorn)

Made in small batches from corn, rye, and malted barley. It smells of crème brûlée and spice, with undertones of caramel, dark chocolate, and vanilla bean. An intriguing bourbon with a higher proof, yet it's smooth and finishes sweet.
