Smells of caramel, vanilla, cinnamon, cloves, and a trace of leather. Flavor includes caramel, vanilla, brown sugar, cinnamon, mildly bitter leather, and a hint of browned butter. The finish is a lingering mix of oaky vanilla, caramel, and cinnamon spice. Overall Thoughts - It has been some time since I tasted their standard bourbon, as I've sampled many special releases. I had almost forgotten what their "standard" offering was like. It presents classic bourbon characteristics executed well. Nothing revolutionary, but a solid, classic bourbon profile with great caramel, vanilla, and cinnamon notes. A touch of tannic leather balances the sweetness and adds depth. Would I drink it if offered? - Yes Would I specifically order it? - Yes Would I buy a bottle? - Yes

The aroma suggests bread and bananas, or perhaps vanilla. On the palate, I detect molasses or a light honey, with a full body. The finish brings notes of peach or apricot, possibly even a hint of toasted coconut, and a touch of clove.
