This limited offering from Woodford Reserve is part of the brand's Distillery Series and serves as a follow-up to the 2021 release, Chocolate Whisper. Aged for 12 years, this bourbon achieves the highest proof in the brand's history at 139.4 proof (69.7% ABV). It will be available at the distillery on February 20, 2025, and through the brand's online store and select Kentucky retailers. ($99.99/375ml)

The finest Woodford Reserve I've had. Why not make this the standard? It tastes like it's around 115-120 proof. Chocolate is very prominent. An exceptional Bourbon. This in a 750ml bottle at two hundred dollars would sell out instantly. Layered. Easy to drink. Simply a really, really pleasant dram. The chocolate notes persist. If you get the opportunity to sample this, you definitely should!
