*** UNCERTAIN IF THIS IS THE CORRECT BARREL *** Nose - Lots of herbal clean notes. Like a spearmint, way brighter than just a regular mint. Not a whole lot of sweetness but love the spearmint on this. Palate - Loads of spearmint. I like it a lot. More of that sweet honeysuckle comes through beautifully. This is very very nice. Great summer drink. Finish - As the palate sooooo good
