A specific bottle, a true joy in life. Notes of cinnamon, light maple, and spicy red hot candy flavors. Incredible finish. At over 60% ABV, a couple of water drops enhance it significantly. I must reiterate. The finish is simply incredible. It provides a powerful warmth with every sip. Absolutely fantastic.

If Noah’s Mill and this were tasted side-by-side, the very costly 7-year-old Rye would seem like watered-down Noah's. The distinct toasted cinnamon stick flavor of Noah’s is quite pronounced. It's good, but absolutely not worth inflated prices.
Speaks French - tastes of vanilla, apple, and cinnamon. It reminds me of Noah's Mill, but it's superior.
Like drinking maple syrup. Sweet and substantial. Wonderful.
Tangy apple, wood, peppery cinnamon. A good spot.
