Palate: Sweet and herbal, with some spice that quickly dissipates, sharp sour cherry, and a hot but pleasant taste. Finish: Dry yet sweet, with a sharp spice that lingers, and a hot burn.

The rye character is quite prominent. It's very pleasing.
