Wilderness Trail (Seelbach's r/bourbon)

The aroma begins with creamy, earthy rye spice; vanilla cake, brown sugar, and subtle hints of dried flowers and fruit. It evokes a bakery and is incredibly captivating and easy to get lost in. The taste is somewhat oily and rich, coating the mouth with baking spices and earthy rye, but not overwhelmingly so. It remains spice-forward and proves to be a quite satisfying sipping rye despite being only 4 years old. The finish is medium and spicy, with persistent earthy rye spice that gradually fades.
