Widow Jane's The Vaults 15 Year Bourbon (2025 Release) is the seventh edition in a series exploring sherry cask finishing. Head distiller and blender Sienna Jevremov and her team finished this rare and old bourbon blend in casks made from Mediterranean oak sourced from Greece. Aged for at least 15 years, The Vaults 2025 is proofed to 99 (49.5% ABV) using limestone water from New York's Rosendale Mines. Production was limited to 15,672 bottles, with a nationwide launch on September 29, 2025, at an SRP of $249.99.
