Brian Fulker and Tyler Teeple established White River Distilling in Gassville, Arkansas. This spirit is a combination of corn, barley, and sugar; the sugar content means it is not officially a whiskey. The mash undergoes a seven to ten day fermentation before being distilled twice in a reflux still.
