A full and rich pour. However, for me, I didn't find anything flavor-wise that made this bourbon stand out as unique.

About this bottle
The first release in Whiskey JYPSI's Explorer Series is a blend of two 6 year old bourbons: one low-rye from Kentucky and one high-rye from Indiana. This combination results in a mash bill of 66% corn, 30% rye, and 4% malted barley. After being reduced to 103 proof, the blend was finished with French Tronçais Forest oak staves and American white oak staves from the Appalachian Mountains. Initial availability began April 2, 2024, at select Tennessee retailers, with expansion to more markets to follow. (SRP $69.99)
