This straight rye adheres to bottled-in-bond regulations. It was aged for a minimum of 4 years in new, charred American oak barrels measuring 53 gallons and is bottled at 100 proof.

Excellent. Very smooth with notes of caramel and vanilla, complemented by a nice rye spice finish. Well crafted by Whiskey Acres.

Smells like mint chocolate and sweet. Tastes similar, doesn't have a strong throat burn, and the aftertaste is short.
