West Cork Single Malt Port Cask Finish

Natural pale gold color. Nose: chocolate liqueur with orange notes, a slight hint of anise. Grape and plum. Buttery and subtly banana-like. Palate: Starts with a mild tingle and alcohol typical of Irish style. Extremely dry. Straightforward. Gentle intensity. Short finish.

A mellow nose, with oak and vanilla sweetness and no typical burn. It's spicy, has a lighter alcohol burn, and is very warming. A quite decent nose, but it diminishes slightly afterward.

Aroma: nutmeg, metallic, citrus, dust Taste: dust, metallic, sugar Finish: spicy, sweet, nuts, coats the mouth
