Weller Full Proof (Binny's Batch #3)

Weller Full Proof Binnys Batch 3 Aroma - Lots of spices detected here... cinnamon, baking spices, a hint of wintergreen. Strong vanilla on the finish. It lacks complexity but is quite appealing. Taste - Wow, that's big and bold. It drinks much hotter than 57% ABV. But I'm enjoying it. There's much more sweetness here than in the aroma. Sweet caramel, vanilla... I even detect a slight milk chocolate note. There's a subtle grape/tannic note that causes a drying sensation, which is rather intriguing. I'm getting a touch of cherries and plums as it opens up. It's much more complex than the aroma suggested. Overall - this is really damn good.
