Acquired at a restaurant serving Asian fusion cuisine in Bristol, TN. The cost was substantial for the pour size, and given it was a special barrel selection, it's unlikely to be experienced again. It had a smoky character with some heat, leading to a smooth finish. While enjoyable, I would not seek it out again.
