Nose of raw grain and young wood. Herbal notes, sweetness, a fiery character. A brief, bitter conclusion. This expression is too young and too bland for its cost. My expectations are higher for the gin and aquavit.

An intense, young rye. Boldly intense. The rye is prominent, as is the strong oak. A fine example of what small distilleries can achieve.
A standard rye whiskey, with a bit of sweetness, a touch of spice, and it's fairly smooth. Excellent for a Manhattan.
It's not bad. It tastes quite alcoholic on the first sip. It could use more flavors, but it's quite smooth.
