Really quite nice, especially for someone who appreciates tea-like flavors in gin (such as Drumshanbo). The nose doesn't strongly suggest chamomile, but it's definitely present in a G&T and also within a spiked chamomile tea (which seems like an excellent idea). I'm pleasantly surprised and would buy it again, particularly since it's made locally for me in Cleveland, Ohio.

A truly delightful citrus-forward gin. I appreciate the lavender and chamomile for adding complexity. I enjoy it neat or in a hanky panky. The subtle notes are lost in a Negroni.
