Lee Spirits has introduced Lavender Flavored Gin as a recent addition to its portfolio. This expression is created by steeping fresh lavender buds in their standard gin for a period of four days. Following the maceration, the gin is filtered and bottled. The distinct color of this gin is naturally derived, with no artificial coloring agents used.

Do you enjoy lavender? If so, this will still be overpowering! To be direct, it has a singular note taken to an extreme – it tasted like the inside of a bath and body store to me. More seriously, it wasn't to my taste, but if lavender is your preference, I can see why this might work. While I like lavender, its excessive strength made me think of soap, not gin.
