This is a Czech herbal liqueur. It has a licorice and cola aroma; tastes of sweet, astringent herbs, bitter root, and anise; and finishes with anise and a bitter-sour quality. It's better used as a bittering component in a cocktail than as a digestif, unless served very cold. An interesting creation from a new distillery with a clear direction.

Angelica, anise. The finish lingers.
