This spirit presents a delicate taste with minimal sharpness. Its producer led to our selection, and the flavor characteristics did not let us down. We further refine it through five charcoal filtrations for use in margaritas, though it is equally enjoyable served neat. A lime was unnecessary for my enjoyment of it.
