From an experimental batch, this has a 46% alcohol content. Sampled neat after fifteen minutes of aeration, it's the third rye in my current tasting. It leaves thin trails. The aroma has notes of wood shavings, dry grass, and a touch of orange. The flavor brings corn chips and an India Pale Ale, finishing briefly with pepper and oak. It's a bit expensive and unusual, but I find it appealing, and not just because it originates from Minnesota.
