Upon first opening, the bottle yielded a youthful, grainy taste with honey undertones. After two weeks, it transformed significantly. The graininess and youthful character vanished. Notes of berries, honey, and caramel emerged, with spices on the finish. My initial impression was unimpressive, but aeration greatly improved it.
