From Worldwide Wine & Spirits single barrel, 117.1 proof, aged 4 years. Barrel 23-2085-02. Observed in a Glencairn after resting 15 minutes. Medium amber color. Nose: Honey, caramel, apple. Palate: Thick mouthfeel, with clove, cinnamon, and baking spice. Finish: Long with medium heat. With a splash: A strong honey note emerges. On ice: This whiskey truly excels. It's essentially an old fashioned in a glass. Overall: 9/10. Some find finished bourbon too much like flavored bourbon, and this makes that hard to dispute. The honey influence is pervasive, nearly masking the bourbon notes. The finish is surprisingly long for 117.1 proof. A little less time in the honey barrels might have better balanced the whiskey and honey, but it's one of my favorite whiskies served on the rocks.

Very honey-forward. Honey on the nose. Honey and sweetness on the palate, absolutely delicious. You wouldn't guess it's 115 proof.
Yes! A pleasant spice with honey sweetness. The finish lasts for ages! A store pick
A slight spice in the finish. This was the best pour of the evening.
