TROPICAL TURF SINGLE MALT EDIÇÃO LIMITADA

Produced from 100% imported peated malted barley, this whiskey spent its entire 5-year maturation period across two types of wood. No added color. This spirit was created solely by Lamas for a whiskey enthusiast named Fred Catizanni. A limited run of 300 750ml bottles were produced. It was aged in American Oak ex-Bourbon casks and finished in an ex-rum Norma barrel (Lamas). Visually, it has an amber hue, is unctuous, and leaves slow-moving tears. The aroma presents intense notes of toast and peat, followed by coconut, caramel, dried fruits, and dark chocolate. The flavor starts with a toasted profile, featuring "burnt" coconut, caramel, and spices like a black pepper blend. Adding water makes it smoother and toasty, with an herbaceous hint, and the sweetness becomes more prominent: coconut and caramel. The finish is long, intense, and peated.
