About this bottle
In 1929, Norman Trevethan created the original formula for this gin. His grandson, Rob Cuffe, along with his associate John Hill, restarted its manufacturing in 2015 at a new facility in Cornwall. Ten ingredients - juniper, coriander, cassia, angelica, cardamom, citrus peels from orange and lemon, vanilla, elderflower from Cornwall, and gorse flower - form this gin. The botanicals are steeped together with the neutral spirit before a single distillation run, a process referred to as "one-shot." Following distillation, the spirit is bottled at 43 percent alcohol by volume.
