Diamond Kiefer 4.0

When used in cocktails: It's quite agreeable and mellow in a gin and tonic (using Fever Tree Elderflower Tonic, two substantial lime wedges for every 2 ounces of gin and 2 ounces of tonic). It presents an intriguing mix of sweet and savory notes in a Dirty Martini. It also yields a highly satisfactory Gibson that balances sweet, savory, and sour elements. I'm eager to sample this very accessible and subtle gin served straight.

Johnathon Shi 5.0

A London dry gin with prominent juniper. Exceptional value for its price. Makes a superb Pink Gin, fitting for royalty.
