Acquired in Hopkins, Belize. The top-aged rum (5 years) in Belize at the time. Caramel color, light to medium body. Burnt sugar and floral on the nose. Burnt sugar, charred cane, and ethanol quickly giving way to a sweet clean finish. Worth trying while you're there.
