Travellers 2005 11 Year Belize Rum - Kill Devil (Hunter Laing)

One year and a different batch can make a difference. The fresh alcohol scent (in a good way), light taste with a slight burn; you can detect both the honey and the oak cask. This is a great rum for those who prefer it a bit rougher, yet still full of flavor and sweet notes.
