About this bottle
Established in 2012, Toronto Distillery Co. is the first distillery licensed in Toronto since 1933. Their rye whisky is made with 100% organic whole rye grain cultivated by Keith and Sharon Sheardown on their Schomberg, Ontario farm. The rye is locally milled by artisans and then mashed, followed by a six-day fermentation. It is distilled once and bottled at 50% ABV.
