Tomatin Decades II

About this bottle

Whisky from 21 distinct casks, chosen from significant years across the last five decades, make up this limited single malt release. The initial Decades bottling, introduced in 2011, served as an homage to former Distillery Manager Douglas Campbell. Decades II honors the "generations of staff" who have been part of the brand. The included casks are: refill bourbon hogsheads from the 1970s; first fill oloroso sherry butts for the 1980s; first fill bourbon barrels from the 1990s; recharred verdejo wine barrels in the 2000s; and second fill French oak barrels from the 2010s. Production was capped at 3600 bottles. It was announced in November 2019.
