I suspect this is the four-year-old Evan Williams Bottled-In-Bond, diluted from 100 proof to 80. The mash bill and character appear identical. It likely costs about $5-$6 less than the bonded version, but since the EW100 is such a great value, I see no reason for this bottle unless one has only $16-$18 to spend on a four-year-old bourbon.
