Incredible spirit! The aroma and taste continually reveal something new! The peat in this is very herbaceous, and there's a taste on the finish that reminds me of fresh parsley I used to pick straight from the garden, along with some licorice.
Remarkable depth, offering flavors in every direction. Requires significant time to fully appreciate.
Extremely distinct flavors: seaweed, earthy smoke, dark chocolate, toffee, and a massive, full body.
The start is harsh for a 21-year-old, but it mellows into an amazing finish.
