This 9-year-old Tobermory, distilled in 2008 and aged in a bourbon barrel, presents a fresh and vibrant aroma. Tinned pears, pineapple, and cut flowers combine with pastries, cinnamon, and a hint of salt. The initial taste is sour and gingery, developing into notes of currants, grapefruit, and a subtle honey sweetness with a touch of dry oak.
