A bold, single cask bottling of 8-year-old Irish single malt whiskey, bottled by Tipperary Boutique Distillery Company Ltd and finished in red wine casks. It begins with a smooth, buttery character, featuring flavors of jammy raspberries and blackberries. Its fruity middle phase brings hints of strawberry, red grape, vanilla, and floral barley, culminating in a lengthy, warm finish with notes of chocolate-chip cookie and tangy kumquat. While their standard offerings seem to get mixed reviews, they've done a commendable job with this one. Lovely sweet red berry notes, primarily strawberry, are prominent.
