Maryjane Lockhart 4.0

Aroma: The sharp acidity of berries and citrus, rose petal, melon, a touch of grass and honey. Flavor: Lemon, pepper, red wine tannin, and a punch. Finish: A long, lingering pepper with a subtle hint of smoke. Subsequent tastings confirm this is an exceptional Irish whisky. It possesses a wonderfully rich fruity and floral character, and the proof leaves a lingering peppery sensation. This offers considerably more complexity than a typical Irish dram.

Nola Oneill 4.0

Golden brown. Lovely velvety fruit notes (plum/apple, clear sherry) with light sweetness (vanilla?). Promises a full/rounded taste in the mouth. Mouthfeel: feels thick and enveloping. Little sweetness, but pleasantly bitter (tea) with relaxed (red) fruit. Finish: Warm and long-lasting, soft bitterness remains present for a long time. Wonderful mouthfeel.

Dollie Leach 4.0

The aroma featured red berries. Pepper dominated the taste initially, with some oakiness and just a hint of sweetness. Very pleasant.

Tierra Butler 4.0

Wonderful toffee/caramel aroma to start, not too harsh, lots of sweetness, and a steady finish.

Micah All other names 4.0

A very pleasant whiskey, with the oak wood flavor clearly present. Only a slight presence on the palate.

Issac Mccallum 3.8

A pleasant lingering sweet and buttery taste, but the beginning was quite harsh.
